First time filling I was told on the phone that they could help me with a payment plan and I quote the man on the phone wasn’t very helpful sounded rude, like he didn’t want to be there nor help a new person. The lady I met with was nice at first but as soon as I mentioned I didn’t have the money right then and there because the man on the phone said Robin would talk to me about it during my appointment.
