Absolute horrible experience here with Jessica Green! Who did my '23 taxes in April of '24, and I never heard back till just recently after many many calls and emails and messages, and I never received my refund. Come to find out, they were rejected in April '24 because she did them wrong. I was never informed. Had to call corporate so they forced her to, now a year later, finally fix the taxes and resubmit. They did not offer me a refund of preparation fees (which were $150 more than she quoted me) but they actually threate... read more
