Hours posted are wrong , they're only available 4hrs a WEEK , absolutely terrible hours and service . Bring you business somewhere else to people who appreciate it . Obviously they don't want to work . If giving 0 stars was a possibility I would .
UPDATE - I had to downgrade my original review from two stars to one star because I received an official letter saying that my state taxes were done incorrectly, and after several days of messages and phone calls (including one to the "business owner" customer service number in the reply to this review) the situation is still unresolved. We normally do our own taxes, but they were complicated this year so we wanted to sit down with a professional and get everything sorted. The H&R Block online system does not interface well with their sit-down-in-the-office system (even though it needs to, because that’s how we gave them our info). The local offices seem to be understaffed to the point of dysfunction, and something that should have taken an hour in person took three and a half weeks of phone tag and online messages instead.
