Brianna from the Kilmarnock office is very knowledgeable with tax preparation. She answered all of my tax questions and explained ways that I could possibly get a better refund next year. I was a walk in customer. Brianna went above and beyond to help me with my taxes.

Communication with the CPA I was working with was very lacking. She attempted to blame me for her mistakes and lack of communication and kept requesting documents that had already been given to her. Having me make appointments and waste time coming in, for her to not need anything from me and dragging out the process for several weeks.
