At least you get an honest service out of TurboTax! I'm not sure if it's just the lack of care for "unknown" customers or just not having pride in doing your job well. Accurately giving information to customers is expected of this position. Not taking advantage of honest people without even the slightest hint empathy. This woman is a crook ... used the app... payed on the app , sig pad did not accept sig online .. but was billed for services online, went into local h andr block to sign paper, she charged me for services again, i would like to inform fello timpsonites about how this place is scaming ... watch out neighbors
