I wish you could do zero stars. Why have someone working here work with people, just to leave the location and not pass any information on about the current clients they held. This facility does not care for their customers, or hold any responsibility.
I made an apt for Tuesday online and the store had been closed for training with no notifications to anyone with an apt or an offer to reschedule elsewhere.
In my experience this is by far the worst H&R block to handle any form of professionalism in addition to importance, urgency, and concerns. Communication experience and skills are lacking tremendously with this location and its representatives.

I don't think I am going to use this service again. They can atleast be honest if they can't handle the flow. Why let you make an appointment if they are soo behind that they encourage you to go and do a drop off and will be done in a couple of days they say. A week and a half later, no word from them I have to call to find out what is my status. I understand that shiet happens that they are shorthanded with some people out sick etc...but they can be honest and say they are busy and is going to take this long so the customer... read more
