Had a scheduled confirmed appointment at the Hillsboro, TX location. Waited almost 40 minutes past scheduled time... they never showed up. Then got an email from HR Block saying ooops sorry they did not tell us we had an appt. Not buying that excuse.
Cheyenne at Jackson Hewitt on Coke street in Hillsboro is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We are. Very happy with the Tax preparation service we received. She really did put the fun in refund!
