The WORST experience I've ever had and they are completely unprofessional. They accidentally ( possibly not accidental ) charged my card twice. If you've been there recently, check your bank account for an overcharge. I go back in there to resolve the issue and I'm told to handle it myself by calling my bank. I have to correct their mistake!! Again, WORST experience ever!! I'm using TurboTax next year!!
