I called and they gave me an appointment for 5:30pm. I walked 20 minutes to get there and I got there at 5:00pm. They knew I only needed to do an amendment to add a form to my taxes. The reception told me they decided before I got there that they would ask me to drop off the tax docs and schedule another appointment because they had other customers scheduled today. Amy was amazing and really helped me to the best of her ability. I am so grateful. She also answered all of my questions, was quick, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and made sure I was set up for success. I really do appreciate it and will continue to return yearly.
