Go elsewhere!!! I have had zero issues with H&R Block in the past, unfortunately Michele Lombardi in the Smithfield office changed that! Refund is delayed by 2+ months because of her incompetence. Called for her assistance after receiving letter from IRS and she couldn’t have been more rude. She actually screamed at me on the phone, even though she was paid for a service that left us with a big headache and a delayed refund.
