My actual lady that does my taxes is excellent and very thorough. My problem is not with my taxes, but the rudeness of the receptionist when I go in there. She always has some smart comment about the reason I am there. Today she was not at her post and had several people waiting. When she finally emerged she looked at me and said Santa Claus is here.
