I’ve been a customer of H&R Block Zelie for over 7 years. I have never had an issue with them. In February this year I received a letter from the IRS stating there were discrepancies on our 2023 return and as a result we owed a few thousand dollars back to the IRS. After speaking with H&R Block Zelie, they confirmed that they made a mistake on our 2023 return.
