In response to the response below. I did call that # from the very beginning. They told me that I would have to pay all of the penalties and the extra two thousand that was an error before I could file a claim. . . And then that claim would have to be done through a third party. My husband and I both took multiple days off from work to try to handle this while H&R block kept promising calls that they never made to us . At this point, if I could do zero stars I would. I was intentionally ducked by an employee for a month and had to reach out to regional managers to get a response. I then received a letter from the state saying there was a mistake and owed penalties. Made an appointment and was told it was not correct. The same employee told my wife she would get back to us by the end of the week. Well that came and went with no correspondence. We have left messages and the employee will not respond to emails. Every time I go in there, the staff is courteous and kind to everybody with a smile on their face.
Wish the help you pay for was more but they do help a good bit .over all happy
