We've used H&R Block for several years and the service is great. The 3 star rating is due to what we were charged. I called prior to going in to inquire about the cost to prepare our returns and if they were offering a special as they did last year. I was told yes, and it would cost $154. They charged us $254, and apologized that there was not a special. I appreciate the service, but our taxes were very easy and do not appreciate the mis-quote.
