I recently used H&R Block for my personal taxes. Debbie was great and very helpful. I would recommend her for personal tax services. However, my experience with their business tax services was not positive. I had a scheduled appointment with Jodi at 6:00 PM to discuss my business taxes. Unfortunately, I wasn't called back it was already 6:25 PM and she had been done with the previous customer at 6:20 which ran over 20 minutes. I can understand 5 or 10 minutes but not this long.
