Ghosted me on a scheduled appointment. I didn't go to work this morning, and took my 3-year-old with me to stand in the cold outside of their building for about 30 minutes while I was repeatedly knocking and calling, nobody home. Will absolutely never be going back to this h&r block and they should be seriously ashamed of themselves, people can go to prison for not doing their taxes.
