I would give this a zero if I could. I needed to refile tax return from a mistake they made last year and they refused to help and would not admit they made a mistake. The Madison Office is filthy, stuff falling off the ceiling, and smelled musty. The worker was dressed like a clown and not knowledgeable in tax preparation. Very unprofessional setting. Go somewhere else!! Update 06/11/2025: went to a professional tax company who refilled for me and instead of owing 9k like H&R claimed I owed I got a 4k return. Hmmm
