Knowing in my first message this was the first time doing online to save more money when something didnt go right its everyone's fault but hers. Had our taxes done at the Madison H&R Block tonight. Big shout out to Robin she was amazing and made the process effortless. We look forward to seeing you next year!!!
I would give this a zero if I could. I needed to refile tax return from a mistake they made last year and they refused to help and would not admit they made a mistake. The Madison Office is filthy, stuff falling off the ceiling, and smelled musty. The worker was dressed like a clown and not knowledgeable in tax preparation. Very unprofessional setting. Go somewhere else!! Update 06/11/2025: went to a professional tax company who refilled for me and instead of owing 9k like H&R claimed I owed I got a 4k return. Hmmm
