Paid $600 and still got a letter from the IRS making me give them a bunch of info before they'd release my refund. I went to the Los Alamos location because I figured the folks there would be more competent.
This is the 1st year I try H&R Block and I must say it has been an awful experience. I have been waiting for over a week for a call back. Can't seem to reach anyone in the office. When attempting to call I reach a customer service representative in Florida who unfortunately was unable to assist me as the tax pro's here in Espanola have yet to process my paperwork and it's been 2 weeks. I recommend not wasting your time with this business and going anywhere else.
