Carol Haley has done my wife's taxes for years and she fully trusts her. I went this year, at the deadline and not very prepared and she was just a joy to work with! They stole $500 from me and failed to refund my tax return that was incorrect due to the ignorance of the 70 year old accountant that had been doing this for 10 years allegedly. I tried to ask for the refund in a kind and measured fashion so the hammer wouldn't fall on her (even though her ignorance of the current tax filing process was apparent).
