Documents were uploaded. NO communication from the tax pro regarding the status. April 16th came and no status change. Contacted corporate help line and they made an appointment for me in Missouri and I live in Montana. I hate H&R Block! I've been with them for 20 years and I am finished.
I had my taxes done with these guys. If there are any issues they don't take responsibility for them, it's all the customers fault. If there was a way to give less than a one star they would have it. I saved the voicemails... It has been 100% their fault and they refuse to help me. They won't help you track your returns or refuse to. All they do is the bare minimum and that is pushing it!
