I deal with them every year
My experience was absolutely terrible!! We went last year and had a great experience, which caused us to come back this year. As we are coming to a close, signing documents, an employee says “I’m about to turn the lights off” “I done crunk up my car” after I’ve signed PAYING YOU I’m no longer important!! That’s terrible😡 I no longer want anything to do with H&R Block if that’s what they teach their employees. When closing times comes, get them OUT! If you’re tired, GET THEM OUT!!
