Contrary to the experience some of my contemporaries in the other reviews have faced, mine was very enjoyable. BOBBY GRANT JR was professional, attentive and overall a helpful TAX EXPERT. Promote Bobby ahead of peers and send to a manager position immediately.
I do like how simple HR is to use online and sometimes in person. But until Ana C is gone I won’t come physically back in to get my taxes done after 2023 year. You think with all the negativity last year something would have gotten done. But I’ll continue to use online or Turbo
I set an appointment for tomorrow and dropped off my taxes. I did this 3 weeks ago and now they say they can't complete them
Overall, the only redeeming qualities of H&R Block in Saint Robert were that they were easy to work with, attentive, and the receptionists showed a willingness to fix their mistake with a sense of urgency. However, my experience with Susan P. was not the best. I just want to give a shout out to the H&R Block team in Saint Robert for helping me with the issues I was having with filing! The receptionist helped me to calm down when I originally called and was freaking out and overwhelmed after speaking with the IRS and My tax associate Nina was amazing! I got my taxes done quick and accurate and they even gave me a digital and physical copy of my taxes and a discount for it being my first time filing with them. I highly recommend them!
