Stephanie helped me get my taxes done and I'm very appreciative of that she was also very sweet while we were getting them done and helped me understand some of it I'll definitely come back to H&R Block again

Do not recommend. Do not listen to clients. Be careful who you get. Don’t like to answer questions. Will gaslight and try to placate to get you to leave. Bring concerns in and they will be brushed under the rug. And will blame customer, even with proof. Reported concerns to 2 different managers blown off, ignored, told to wait.
