Worst customer service ever I brought my tax info there about a week ago I hadn't heard back so I called the gentleman who took my info wasn't there so I left my number with the woman no call back I called again today the ask about my information and a very rude gentleman couldn't find me in the system so they need all started to lecture me and raise his voice that I need the proper forms and I said to him it's just simple Social Security, and if I needed something extra at the gentleman should've told me that which he did n... read more
Was horrible. I was there forever. The lady messed up several times. She also had me put my money on an emrald car instead of a bank account like i wanted and now i cant move the money to where i need it. I will NEVER use them again!!!
Worst experience ever!!! Dorothy was the lady who helped us. She was very rude! She kept telling us I needed to file after I had told her I had tried and couldn't, explained my situation and so on then said if I get a six hundred dollar fine you will pay it!
