Was horrible. I was there forever. The lady messed up several times. She also had me put my money on an emrald car instead of a bank account like i wanted and now i cant move the money to where i need it. I will NEVER use them again!!!
Worst experience ever!!! Dorothy was the lady who helped us. She was very rude! She kept telling us I needed to file after I had told her I had tried and couldn't, explained my situation and so on then said if I get a six hundred dollar fine you will pay it! Kept rolling her eyes Everytime we talked seemed like she was messed up on alcohol or some type of drug kept putting wrong letters and spaces so bad that we felt as if we had to watch over her shoulder as she typed our information then she proceeded to ask me how much I ... read more
The lady who worked at the front desk was wonderful! The lady that helped us with our taxes on the other hand, was not. She was immediately rude to us when we sat down and continued this attitude through the entire hour of service. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times while we were trying to give her information!! She also seemed to be high off something as well. She also ignored what we were trying to tell her multiple times. Along with this she could barely type correctly!
