Got my taxes done and got an emerald card and still no return money , when they say it will e 21 days they mean it , no need I getting the emerald card , the postal service is faster
Note: This review is only for the receptionist. The receptionist Margareta is completely incompetent, insensitive and downright rude. My wife passed last year and I was trying to find out the process of filing my taxes this year. I informed her more than once that she (my wife is deceased), she kept telling me to have my wife call the IRS. I started She cannot, she kept asking me why can't my wife call???
