Stopped in to see Brent in Park Rapids. He was Fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable and up to date. He showed and explained in detail to answer all my questions for this years taxes. Great advice.
First time using these folks and the last time. 1. Wrong name on our tax form. 2. The envelope provided has the window for the mailing address on the wrong side. 3 Now totally frustrated called in to vent our frustration….. fyi no yelling or swearing, after less than a minute the lady hung up on us. Pitiful customer service! Inability to LISTEN to an unsatisfied customers speaks volumes to the lack professional management. Taxes are to sensitive to be making these kinds of mistakes…… it’s about trust. We have none now!
