Paul and team were exceptional at customer service. This past year, we had a slightly complicated return. I am confident in the questions that were asked and the result of my completed return. Their knowledge of applicable tax laws, benefits, etc. was helpful for planning in the next year but also accounting for future financial decisions. The process, scheduling, and appointment were enough to get my return completed with minimal follow-up (left some items at home). Very inconvenient. Paul provided excellent service with in his means, his support from H & R block was sub par. Honest mistakes were made, but I feel with better support could of been handled better. This is not our fault nor that of our tax professional, but lies solely with H & R block(heads).
$99 is fair pricing for the work they put in and the lady I talk too is very diligent about the work and is always willing to help I give h&r block a 10/10
