Worst tax preparation ever done throughout my life. The staff member who filed taxes on my behalf was very Hasty rude and disrespectful. They did not answer any of my questions regarding tax exemptions or tax credits, as a consequence I received a financial beating that year. Had taxes done at different company this year and the tax credit I was asking about does exist:) I would advise to have taxes prepared elsewhere.
