If i could give this business a negative star i would. I had not even gone into this place to do my taxes and will never even consider this place again. Myself and my husband started to do our taxes at the west branch location and the tax advisor was very rude to us so we decided to come here and i made my appointment and someone called me to confirm and apparently she was related to the tax advisor we had already delt with and was very rude to me on the phone and assumed she knew what she was talking about.
