H&R Block charged $150 and saved me nothing more than I would have gotten if I had just done my own taxes.
Don’t go here. We had an appointment at 1pm, arrived at 12:50, and waited for an hour before calling it quits and rescheduled for an appointment at the Ann Arbor office. I had asked the front desk after 30 mins what’s going on and they didn’t offer anything helpful.
I have been using H&R Block for several years now. Today 2/22/25, my husband and I went in for our appointment. The lady at the front desk was disrespectful and rude at best. I don’t know that I’ve ever been greeted with such a poor attitude somewhere I was paying the money that I did! With that said, Alice Poe, who actually did our taxes is amazing and very professional. H&R Block, it’s quite important who you have representing the front of your business.
Plz do nat go with CAROLINE ARMSTRONG TIETJENS if u wana save months of ur time money stress n hassle, she doesn't know what shes doing at all..u'll regret it for big time shes big time lazy n fraud...she shouldn't b working there
