I went there because I grew up know the owner. I felt that they were not upfront of cost of taxes and I should have been head of household not single. I was charged 180 to do family taxes but it’s single in my Form. Doesn’t make much sense?
Brenda was very friendly and resolved all of my tax issues quickly.
We have been going to H&R Block in Lincoln for many years. Brenda Jipson is our tax preparer and has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to get us back as much as possible and gives us tips on how we can do even better with our deductions for the next year. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are top notch in our opinion.
