Teonda Mason is extremely rude and a sorry excuse for an employee. Refused service at 6:13pm (mind you, H&R Block closes at 7pm on a Friday evening according to Google and the sign on the door) by refusing to unlock the front door of the establishment to allow this customer inside. Lights were on, door was locked. All I needed to do was have a new Emerald card. So I called. No answer. Waited a few moments..called again. Teonda Mason answers.
