Anastasia was probably one of the most unprofessional tax “pros” I’ve ever had the displeasure of being with. First off, she was vaping in the office while preparing my taxes. I heard her inhaling vape and saw the vapor come up above the cubicle. When asked why there was such a dramatic change in our taxes she said, “the IRS is stupid!” I was hoping she would explain but she could not! Anastasia completed my taxes for me today. She was the best. Not only was she helpful but she also explained everything very well. I will definitely return next year. I will also send my coworkers to her.
4 stars the only reason it's not 4 is because of the $300 for getting tax done..but very friendly and able to help
