Sierra Adcock, was very professional, helpful, sweet, detailed oriented, and took her time to make sure that EVERYTHING was correct. She went above and beyond! My husband & I appreciate her so much.
I submitted all my ted's documents and needed additional assistance with previous tax year matters. I had an appointment went in to see that tax prep lady and she could not figure out how to get the paperwork filled out for other states. I then gathered more documents for her for previous years and waited 2 weeks and did not get any kind of communication via email. H r blocked app or phone call.
