The "Expert" had no clue how to use the computer or their systems and I fought with myself to not tell her what she's doing wrong. We thought we had everything sorted out when we left after 2 hours of very simple tax returns, but now are being told we owe them more money. Never again. We're using TurboTax or a real CPA from now on.
