Horrible experience, constant miscommunication with multiple sources related to H& R block. Unnecessarily time consuming! I don't think we will use H&R block again after this year! If it wasn't for Cassie & Vonda ,(Tonganoxie KS. Location), trying so hard to help us, going above and beyond to make up for all the issues we experienced we would of walked out and not even giving them our business this year! I no longer recommend H&R Block!
