They hired an unqualified person to do my taxes and obviously never checked the returns when they went out. I ended up getting 2200 dollars subtracted from my account. They took 2 months to "correct" the problem. Which was not corrected. Received a partial refund on the amount owed in interest and penalties along with a letter stating that by cashing the check I accept the resolution and will not pursue further legal action. Do not have your taxes prepared here! H &R block made a mistake on our taxes, paid for the "pièce of mind" . This means nothing!! Have tried for 6 months for them to make it right!! They have done nothing!!!! They lie to you, and tell you they will fix it, but never do. I have called just about everyday. The corporate office does nothing!!! So just remember if H & R make a mistake, you are on your own, ever though THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT , THEY WILL NOT!!@
Could not even make an appointment online. Tried 6 times 6 different dates six different times every time it told me that that time slot had expired so if this is how their website runs I'm leery to use them for my taxes
