Ever since the previous owner retired at the end of 2022 and corporate bought back the office, corporate changed everything. I WAS a 20 year client of this office.Not the same office this year. Has went down hill. Rude front office staff and it had an extreme odor inside office. Went with a local agent and had the best service and not made to feel bad for having a few questions.

Dedicated returning customer of 8 years, changing my 5star to a 1star review! I now go to a local small business for my taxes after they wanted to charge me over $400 UPFRONT to do my taxes on 2023 They have been BEGGING me to come back since and I absolutely REFUSE. Almost a decade of loyally returning and that's what they tried to charge me. My local lady with over 30 years of experience charged me $100 for the exact same return!
