If I could give this office a "0" I would. I had been asking them since October of 2024 to finish my taxes because they missed the filing deadline in October (i filed an extension). I kept calling to tell them that we needed to finish by October 15 to make the extension deadline. They missed it! I called weekly, until finally Joyce finished my taxes in March of 2025 !!!! I had an appointment Monday at 1 pm... I got there and they called people in that came in after me and then looked at me and said the person that was going to take care of you is out sick I said someone couldn't have called and told me!?? Especially beings I work 3rd Shift and it's 20° out I could have stayed home instead getting out for no reason! First and last time I make an appointment there
