I had an appointment Monday at 1 pm... I got there and they called people in that came in after me and then looked at me and said the person that was going to take care of you is out sick I said someone couldn't have called and told me!?? Especially beings I work 3rd Shift and it's 20° out I could have stayed home instead getting out for no reason! First and last time I make an appointment there
