I would normally give four stars, but Skip is so helpful that because of him I am giving five Not four stars. Cons: -Expensive, Yeah Expensive Pros: -Customer Service -Skip, Skip, Skip, and Skip! Seriously, if you have problems, talk to Skip. I've used Turbo Tax my entire Adulthood (15 years) and I needed Professional advice/help finally and Skip came through.
Very accommodating with flexible scheduling options and friendly staff. Return customer and will continue to be.
