Al is very professional and we were able to schedule an appointment to have our taxes done very quickly. My husband has used him for several years and this year we had 2 states. Within an hour, we were done and heading back home. The only negative about using H&R Block this year is the 28% increase in the fee to have our taxes done. I can understand 10% but over 25% is ridiculous and hopefully this will be the only raise for 5 years. The guy working there has no idea what he's doing or what's going on around him. I had to tell him multiple times that a given amount was the amount of my stimulus not my wife's income and then he tried telling me I was confused by what a tax letter from the state says when the letter couldn't be any more clearer in what it's saying. And again he was the one who was confused even though the amount in question was right in front of his face from my previous return which was filled with h&r block so it was all right there and ... read more
