Let them prepare my taxes this year, when I went there to sign papers and pay, I was told 7-10 business days. 3 weeks later I went in to see if there were issues since I hadn’t received my refunds yet. Melody Dougan works here. Her husband is still currently on parole for money fraud. I wouldn’t advise anyone goes here. I’m sorry. H&r isn’t the problem. I just don’t trust the worker.
