Let them prepare my taxes this year, when I went there to sign papers and pay, I was told 7-10 business days. 3 weeks later I went in to see if there were issues since I hadn’t received my refunds yet. The receptionist was very helpful in trying to find out what was going on. Her computer showed that I still needed to sign documents.
