Scheduled appt over phone but at appt time doors were locked. Maybe its possible that the scheduler messed up, BUT, during listed times of operation on your door and websites (stating that you ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS) someone should be there and you should be OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Why have a Marengo location if you dont want to open yours doors...
They are never open set up a appointment tried to open the door it's closed
IMO this H&R Block is not properly preparing tax returns
