Back and forth with this location for over a year when my husband didnt file for 3 years. He was told he had to file 2022 before he could file 23, 24 so he did that.. still waiting on 22 refund because the lady failed to verify his information and put in the wrong address and phone number. Than went to file 2025 and found out she could have let him file all three past years at the same time when he filed 2022. Hours on the phone with them between trying to change address on there website and making sure things were accurate.... read more

Tax preparer Lyle at HR Block in Le Mars Iowa did a very good job with taking care of what I need to do. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.
We met with a new tax preparer, Lyle. He was incredible! I have been using HR BLOCK for 10 years and never have gotten such great service. Lyle was so great!
I got my 2023 taxes done in January and even though I told them multiple times it was for 2023 it was still filed as 2024 so BOTH years ended up messed up and wont see 2024 return until summer. They said i didn't owe anything i asked them again and they said nope you don't owe anything. I was happy until I got a bill for 2024 and when I called they said they never said I didn't owe anything. First and last time going to this location. I wouldn't have complained about only having to pay for one year there was no reason to lie... read more
