I got my 2023 taxes done in January and even though I told them multiple times it was for 2023 it was still filed as 2024 so BOTH years ended up messed up and wont see 2024 return until summer. They said i didn't owe anything i asked them again and they said nope you don't owe anything. I was happy until I got a bill for 2024 and when I called they said they never said I didn't owe anything. First and last time going to this location. I had to get my 2021 taxes redone, no big deal. Until they were not done correctly the second time. I had to figure it out on my own and put pressure on the Manager. I made multiple calls and wasted so much of my time. I finally got my refund and got a refund from H&R Block. The people who run this franchise are not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone I hate!!
Ya just never know what's gonna happen.
The H&R rep we worked with was very informative and did her best to get us the max amt for a refund
