I filed my taxes january 18th and still haven't gotten my return. Me and my fiance both got their Emerald card and we both still haven't gotten our return. Department of revenue says it because the Emerald card was flagged as not a safe place to send the money, so we have to wait the 6 weeks after for them to review our taxes, which won't be until April 8th for some reason. I filed mid January and they recommended I use the Emerald card. Nobody told me that if it's your first time filing in colorado you are going to receive a paper check. So I have to wait 6 weeks for the system to deny direct deposit in the card and then they review it for a paper check, which could take 4 to 6 weeks. So I won't get my money until May if I am lucky. Horrible staff, horrible company. Stole my identity and waited 3 months before letting me know that my identity had been stolen through their system. Absolute trash. Also, they have a RICO case against them. Do not file with this company EVER AGAIN.
