The website was misleading about the same day return, so I missed it by ONE DAY, which was the only reason I chose H&R. Also, I got charged around $400 for 15 minutes of work! I literally have the most basic of files, no write-offs, no deductions, just a 15 minute preparation and it cost 400. I now know why they won't give any ballpark prices for even the most basic of tax preparations. Learning experience I guess
I have always did my tax filing with H & R block, very helpful friendly people...
Very helpful, and fast. But very easy to understand what I needed as well as were very professional.
