I would rate 0 stars. Tammy filed returns for year 20-21 last April and charged me for those years. I found out afterward that they were actually filed too late. This was her first mistake. I also payed an extra $100 for "Peace of Mind", that they would help me free of charge if any problems arose. I came in about 6 months later after no response from the IRS and it was then that she just brushed me off and to wait, that it would take longer. They have proof on their computer paperwork that the IRS received the mailed paymen... read more
