I have dealt with Christi which travels to a couple different offices. She is tge last person i would never let her do my taxes again. She does not respond in a timely manner and it is now almost October and i still have no resolution to my Alabame state taxes. When she does respond she will say ill check on it but never gets me an answer. My advice is to not let her touch your taxes. If there was a way to give negative stars i would.
