I'll say this the last one that done my taxes there done a much better job than who is in there now. They took out their fee and explained to me what I was getting back this year I didn't get any of that except for you owe us $200.00 bucks yeah I think I'll be looking for a new place to get my taxes done.
Duncannon office has gone down the cubes! Will never go back there, one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. And talk about hostile working environment, yuck!
If I could give less than one star I would. I handed in my info a month ago. I picked it up today and they STILL had it at the front desk. The ladies were more than rude. I will never ever go back.
Mindy Heckard said she’d help me with my IRS problems them left me to hang even after I followed up with her 3 times. Still having problems years later! Thanks for abandoning me! I think about how awful an experience I had every time I drive by. Thanks!
