Never filed our taxes.. had us file an extension and we haven't heard anything since..No updates, no communication..Can't call because the line is either busy or just rings
2 years in a row now they have not filed my girlfriends local taxes on time and now for the second time a constable is coming after her with fines for not filling, Ill be seeking legal action this behavior is highly unprofessional for a company that claims to be professional Tax preparation service
I will never use this service again. After using H and R block for over 20 years, this year may cost me thousands. I dropped off my paperwork prior to April 15. They said it is too late they will have to file an extension. I was unable to get any feedback for over two months. I finally get a phone call telling me they are having computer problems. We have been going to this branch for 20 plus years starting in Newport PA and then when they moved to Perdix/Duncannon. They have always been welcoming and easy to talk to. Fast Service and have never had any issues. This Year 2026 we filed online through our Bank App with them.
