We have been going to this branch for 20 plus years starting in Newport PA and then when they moved to Perdix/Duncannon. They have always been welcoming and easy to talk to. Fast Service and have never had any issues. This Year 2026 we filed online through our Bank App with them. Do not take your taxes here worst experience ever !!! owner and receptionist were rude as u can get !! took taxes in 3 weeks ago Called to see status they claimed everything was plugged in computer so gave it a few days to check again still no status I said this is ridiculous she hung up so called Another hr block near by they said yes we can do them tomorrow I said awesome so went and picked up my taxes and they were so rude they said does it look like we have anyone here to do takes it was empty and said county people don’... read more
I'll say this the last one that done my taxes there done a much better job than who is in there now. They took out their fee and explained to me what I was getting back this year I didn't get any of that except for you owe us $200.00 bucks yeah I think I'll be looking for a new place to get my taxes done.
Duncannon office has gone down the cubes! Will never go back there, one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. And talk about hostile working environment, yuck!
If I could give less than one star I would. I handed in my info a month ago. I picked it up today and they STILL had it at the front desk. The ladies were more than rude. I will never ever go back.
