Horrible place to do you taxes, unless you want your payments to be always delayed and I do mean ALWAYS. Never got a payment the day I was supposed to. I always did taxes in my small town and the payments were always on time. Found a new job in a city and did my taxes at H&R Block and this place was the first ever to make my payments always behind schedule. I do have a steady income but, when you're so used to your taxes being on time it's quite aggravating
Called to make an appointment after put me on hold and waited they just hung up on me. tsk! tsk! how rude!
I've been living in Ontario for several years, and this office has been handling my taxes throughout that time. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and funny, making the whole process enjoyable. He always goes above and beyond to ensure I get the greatest possible refund.
