This place has no idea how to set up appointments. They have ran me around multiple times along with every time I have an appointment I have to wait 30 minutes to actually be seen. Also have scheduled appointments just to get called a few minutes later to tell me they don't have time for it so I'll have to pick another. I will be going to any other tax service next year. Why does NO one answer the phone? I have been on hold waiting for almost an hour.
They were very helpful when I needed to amend my 2022 taxes due to a mutual funds error in over taxing me. When it came to the fee for this H&R Block’s system wanted to charge me over $100 when it should be $15. After much back and forth with their management and excuses as to why they couldn’t t correct their error, it was all waived. Much appreciated. But, today I received a letter from the state rejecting the amendment and it was due to an error on H&R Block’s end. I’ve messed with this amendment for a year and very disap... read more
