If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive had nothing but problems since doing my taxes. They dont return calls and take hours to respond to messages. I will never use hnr block to do my taxes again.
This place has no idea how to set up appointments. They have ran me around multiple times along with every time I have an appointment I have to wait 30 minutes to actually be seen. Also have scheduled appointments just to get called a few minutes later to tell me they don't have time for it so I'll have to pick another. I will be going to any other tax service next year.
